Except that "provocatively" in Bill's post is subjective and not factual to the case, and the girl cannot be blamed for the criminal act of another under any circumstance... no matter how you slice it, blaming the victim is wrong, nothing the victim has done can justify the criminal actions of another individual... if so, then a judgement and sentence has been imposed on the victim by the perpetrator... this is not how the judicial system is supposed to work... GZ
