No shock on the Westerfield verdict. Seeyalaterbyebye Bub.

I consider the Iraq news to be meaningless at this point. Now that they have had a chance to move everything the UN inspections cannot be reliable.

I am sure that the market will rally on the news.

There's an interesting story that's come out regarding Westerfield's attorneys.

They were about to make a deal with the prosecuters that Westerfield would tell them where the body was in exchange for life instead of the death penalty when the body was found.

The attorneys knew he was guilty all along but presented a defense that focused on the parent's life style - pot smoking, changing partners. etc. - and suggested that it was their life style that was to blame.

Isn't there some law against presenting false and misleading testimony? Can these attorneys be prosecuted?
