I've no intention of commenting on it further. Just found the back and forth on it today a little ridiculous.

FWIW, perhaps there is a reason JLA introduced his personal life into the conversation with you. Strange as it may sound, perhaps he feels a kinship with you as an adversary? Lawyers on opposite sides often engage in personal pleasantries after a tough battle. I could be totally wrong, but to me it seemed like that old cartoon with the shepherd and wolf punching their time cards after a rough day of battle. -g-
