You have to realize they ARE looking for any opportunity. You can either be careful, take what you get and ignore them, or do what you are doing. I don't see many other options for you. Believe me, I've got my own little crew that watch everything I say. If you can't not care what people say, SI probably isn't a good place for you. JMO

I agree that those who wish you ill will use this incident with JLA to make other points. They’ll probably make it a topic for days, even blow it out of proportion. You were wrong IMO to make that statement to JLA. It was dumb. Once written, a quick sincere apology was called for.
