I watched a stock go CH 7 today SPSI - I nevet tried to bounce it because I couldnt see any value in it. BUt what really amazed me was that the stck had a previous 52 week low of $1.50 on 7 Million shares O/S and Friday closed at $2.40 or about a $15 MM mc. did this one hit anyones OTCBB infalted price radars before today because I cannot see anything about this stock that would lead me to see why it could have ever bene priced that high for that long? thanks
