The problem with your statement is that GWB is NOT a war monger and doesn't want a war. If Saddam allows inspectors in unrestricted, everybody wins--assuming that he hasn't successfully concealed his WMDs beyond their reach. If he allows them in and puts restrictions on them, it's his funeral. It's a great victory for GWB. Not quite on the scale of Reagan and the Berlin Wall etc., but close. We'll see how "reasonable" the offer is when Saddam produces the goods.
