Nope...Pol Pot was the leader of the Khmer Rouge, the communist insurgent movement in Cambodia. They were aligned with the commies in 'Nam. Nixon was no saint, no argument there. My point was that the UN is hardly a model of democracy in action, and the "decisions" made within more accurately reflect the hopes and dreams of the tinpot despots who by and large appoint the "representatives" there. They represent no one but themselves, not their "peasantry" (as rrman so quaintly described it). If you want a piece of me on that discussion, have at it.
