YUP! That's what it looks like they will hammer out now,but any referencing to " he will make it so that SH will never agree " is not going to fly too well in the UNSC.They will see right through it and bounce it back as Bush being the stumbling block.

As for the other resolutions, hard to say what will transpire over the next few days.I don't think Bush will get support for a Kosovo type of resolution, not after the hoo-haw over the ICC.

Good news anyway.The market seems to like it..........
