At least until 52 week low areas
I just don't see much reason for them to ever return to their glory day status.
Restrictions and oversight will severely hamper exorbitant underwriting fees of past
Iraq rally justifiably short-lived. Could cause fairly steep drop(-200+) in market today as realization hits that economy, not Iraq, is steering market.
