Keeping the Senate from going back to the right wing nuts is the key. Or else you'll see some pretty dangerous Scalia types, probably fairly young, get appointed and confirmed for life as some Supremes step down or fall over from the exhaustion of waiting it out in the next few years before Bush gets booted in 2004.

If both the House and Senate go to the GOP, you will see a flurry of craziness like even Gingrich couldn't evoke. They've learned they have to act fast when they control the government, to cram their extremist crap down our throats, before someone like Jeffords comes along to spoil their master plan. Who creates all these urgent deadlines like Gingrich's 100 day contract on america and bush's sudden obsession with Iraq a few months before the election anyway ? Oh yeah, I forgot, Karl Rove and the big event spinmarketers.
