08:30 ET Oracle estimates slashed at UBS (ORCL) 9.28: UBS Warburg slashes FY03-04 ests ahead of tonight's earnings report; believes that the co's US non-govt biz continued to struggle, Europe and Asia were likely a little weaker than expected, and expects cautious comments out of mgmt about forward guidance; recommends avoiding the stock ahead of the call as ests will likely come down afterwards; cuts FY03 to $0.36 from $0.40 and FY04 to $0.39 from $0.47 (below consensus of $0.42 and $0.48).

You still short that one?

Re: ORCL

Take the 8/22 Hi to the 9/3 low X 1.618 From the 9/11
Hi and looks like we hit the June Low around 7.25 FWIW.
Could be a nice Map. I Sold SEBL on the Gap because $8.50
was the Top of it's upper Trendline on the Weekly. If the Ind. Production number wasn't so bad I would have waited
a little longer.......
