I suppose the responses I've gotten are deserved.
Still, ORCL WAS acting poorly in the AM (no doubt based on analyst negativity). It has recovered nicely even as some indexes haven't.

Trust me, the "analysts" ALWAYS find something to dislike about Oracle's numbers. If it's not one thing, it's another. No matter how well Oracle does and looks, they will find something that "concerns" them.

Well we know this quarter is going to be lighter on the revenue side than last qtr (due to seasonality) and lower than last years comps. Its just a question of how much.

The one area which could see improvement from last qtr is apps, 11i CRM especially. Hopefully Larry comments on that since you can't see the breakdown in the numbers.
