I do not enjoy, nor find it stimulating to use the FADG like the cross examination of a deposition. Hi Rascal - if I made you uncomfortable, I apologize. I just last week took a day-long seminar on advanced cross-examination. I liked it so much I bought the book and the CDs of the lecture, and put them in the CD player in my car. The lecturer, who was a hoot, warned us that if we started using the techniques on our family and friends, it might put a cramp in our personal life.-g- My office computer doesn't have speakers, but I will make an effort to catch Ritter's testimony later today. I don't think anyone outside Saddam's inner circle has an f-ing clue what's really going on with Iraq's WMD programs. Honestly. Not Bush, not Blair, not Rumsfeld, not the CIA, not even the Mossad. Well, maybe the Mossad. Scott Ritter is an ex-Marine, he's semper fi and all that, but I think he's a pawn. Nevertheless, I will give him a listen, or at least part of a listen. OK?
