Is that info from Globeinvestor? thanks

NPR announced
The agreement includes 23 residential buildings including 208 rental units and three commercial buildings. The residential properties are predominantly leased by government agencies for staff housing purposes. The deal contemplates a total purchase price of $37.15-million

I cant tell if this is a good or bad deal, market seems to like it however this is alot of money for 208 rental units assuming they are apartments (assume 100K each = $20.8 million) + 3 commercial buildings = almost $6million each....
Cant tell but it seems very pricey IMO.
