"Because it is the blacks who are being systematically disenfranchised to a much greater extent than any other ethnic group in the U.S."

How about a message of "stop using drugs" as opposed to blaming someone else for their problems? Can't you see that the "victims" have 100% control of their futures?

Of course you can. You're smart, right?

"Since crack use was predominantly used in black neighborhoods"

So maybe they should switch to cocaine?!?!? What a dunderhead you are. I never hear any messages from the "compassionate" left that look at the real problem, which is practically non existant family lives (because the fathers ditch their kids so often) and rampant drug use. Of course to simpletons like yourself this is someone else's fault. Can't be the individuals actaully doing the drugs or ditching their responsibilies. It is the government's fault.

And Ray, why won't you answer my question about your post blaming American attitudes for the heroic "martyr" attacks on the WTC towers? I think it is because you support the terrorists, but are afraid to put it in print.

I ain't buying this line Ray. The juries sentence people for breaking the law and a lot of that depends on what has happened leading up to that trial. There are all kinds of circumstances associated with each case, so I don't see how you can derive any stats from all this. For instance, lets say that a man (you choose the color, seems to be your thing) gets stopped for speeding and cooperates with the officer ......... his fine will be quite different from ANYONE who gives the officer a hard time, so even though they were both broke the law there is a difference and I believe there should be a difference.

It all comes down to the main point that NONE of these men (black, white, red, yellow, pink or green) would be getting sentenced to ANY TIME if they hadn't broken the law !! If you don't break the law you don't need to worry about it.
