Watch for talk on their bad business loans or deficient loans because if I heard them right it is huge. They breezed by it so fast that I'm not sure I heard right. Let me change that, I pray I didn't hear right.

Jorj, How low does it need to go to be attractive? this should at least establish a new 5 year low.
