Dear Steve: Well people move to Calif. for reasons other then taxes. So far as high tech is concerned they got a lot of educational institutions in the area supplying the companies labor needs. So far as many people its the climate and the nature opportunities. My friends are Jeepers and they want to be near the trails out there. jdn
