Anindo, what are you referring to here. What kind of debt, credit card? Thats tiny wouldn't you say? Or do you think the new car financing is the issue? I keep hearing about some sort of debt crisis but I can't quite figure it out, people I know that have debt (mortgages) just refinanced and cut their payments, debt seemed higher when we had a bull mkt with all the margin debt.

I agree the homebuilders are in jeopardy regardless though. I am a housing bear.
