Jorj,

I have no interest in the builders. Personally, I don't understand how they have held up this long. I am beginning to believe that the denial of the consumer is going to make economic situation must worse before it gets better. We may not have been as bad off if the pundits and politicians had been trumpeting the truth over the last year.

I sold HI for a 10 cent loss. I bought LLTC at 20.24 after hours and am hold ORCL at 8.4X.
