Found the copy but it's on another computer and having trouble transferring it over. Basically what it is saying is that an oil group called Unicol wants to pipe the vast oil reserve from the Caspian Sea area to an accessible port and the only feasible route is though Afghanisan. The 1998 Gov. there is unsuitable to their purpose and would like to see it changed. BINGO! Guess what follows. Correction, you don't have to guess, it's all laid out before us in the on-going course of action. Now it's beginning to look like they want Saddams oil till they can run the pipeline through Afghanisan. I hear they are also getting cosy with Africa, lots of oil there and off the west coast. You could probably tell me better. JMO
