"Just recognition that you're almost certainly either lying or incompetent, because nobody competent in clinical psychology would ever try to diagnose based on what goes on here." I did not see a diagnosis. Just a push to seek help. There is a big difference. I here that all the time with radio talk show hosts who only hear two minutes of information, I see it in advice columns and I have seen teachers and social workers make that kind of recommendation after very little interaction. I do not know GZ and have not witness his postings. I am not saying GZ is what he says he is but I don't see any reason why a clinical psychologist couldn't make a recommendation based on the postings here in.
