size of his alarm may be bogus... but... it will seem the same... i.e. the equivalent of no volume. time is the only question. you can already smell it now. i think he's right. and history supports it if you like the hindsight sort of thing. volume is now bullshit. % up and down might still have a place in the stats. especially when it might be 90/10. volume... more and more dead players. volatility... more gamers with moxey to push and pull. until...

The reason the call is correct is because of EXACTLY what you said to disprove it. With LU at $1, down from $20, $10, $5, $2. Why are not volumes overall up bay a factor of 2, 5, 10 20. JDSU INTC CSCO IBM etc etc etc etc. IF your argument held ANY merit, volumes would be higher now cause we can buy 50 times the shares of JDSU at $2 as at $100. YET VOLUME IS DECLINING. Who is wrong here? You or the person you are critical of? What happens when we see 10-1 reverse splits? M
