OT: Thanks Maurice. I am currently embroiled in an argument with our city's redevelopment agency over the pricing structure of the parking garages in our downtown core. It is a big battle with tv and newspaper coverage and all that fun. In short, they want to charge heaps but the usage and demand keeps droping at the expense of the downtown merchants. Your pricing structure principle sums up the whole argument. I guess it is too much to expect the likes of city bureaucrats to understand this if it too escapes the great minds with our beloved SP's!
