Ditch, I agree with you that the real estate market is on a bubble. The negative equity positions will add severely to the already record default numbers that we are currently experiencing. My neighbors had their property surveyed because someone put up a building too close to them in their backyard. Turns out that they hired Wrong Way to do the surveying. Wrong Way had my neighbors owning my entire lawn which is on the side of the house. I've been charging my neighbors for lawn maintenance ever since. Market sucks! Sergio KW, ITRI got a nice lift to a new 52 week high on upgrade this morning. This stock is a wonderful trading vehicle despite the market.
