I liked number 6 a lot. sensible and real. nearly too perfect in some ways.

the other items answered my question.

number 4 i have no firm opinion beyond the broader evidence and history. when and how high are never on time, so i don't bother that much with them. i will say, without a price firmly above 330 the bear market in gold is not over, though some time i think it will be. and in that i include the crossing of the 20 and 40 month averages a while back.
