I see your point.

We were in the midst of the battle between CH and Poet at the time.

But the context is important. At issue are "harassment" and "don't post to me," both key to the battle you mentioned. In the context of the "harassment" involved in that battle, that series of retorts from X was negligible, hardly rising to the level of harassment. In comparison to Poet's pleas of "don't post to me," X's statement that she didn't want to talk to you was a routine dismissal, not a demand or a plea for relief.

I hope that you can see that, in the context of the battle going on between CH and Poet, "harassment" and "don't post to me" have meaning and weight far beyond the little exchange between you and X. Comparing the two trivializes the umbrella major battle in which this was barely a skirmish. IMO, of course.
