I don't like them either, but say we change 8 to hire a former AA accountant who knows all the sneaky underhanded rules to use for your benefit:)

Right you are Frank about rule #8.

Always consider taxes, but don't let them drive your decision. Never be afraid to take a profit if it means paying taxes on it.

After all, we'd all love to pay seven figure taxes....
