Dear S.E.C.:

1. I am having bumper stickers printed that read "Free Elan".

2. The company artificially inflated income with the risk-sharing agreements, creating the illusion that operations were healthier than "actual". Please fine the company.

3. The company artificially inflated income with the risk-sharing agreements, creating the illusion that operations were healthier than "actual". Please indite Geaney and others who were, IMO and perhaps allegedly, responsible.

4. The company also inflated revenues with the JV scheme, but this was clearly described. For those of us who were looking at the deals from the perspective of the small partner, it was "it should be illegal!". It wasn't. No harm, no foul.

5. Please take decisive action so that the research and development arms of the company can focus on the production of medicines.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely, Rick
