i know what your saying oreilly was pissed that the defense attornies were plea bargaining that this westerfield character would tell where the body of the little girl was in return for life--but once the body was found that was out the window--then the defense created scenirious <sp> that confused the jury and that they knew were false because they knew there client did it--i myself have trouble with this-- possibly letting a child killer free--suppose the jury found him not guilty--and the defense knew he killed this little girl--not a pretty picture
