The reason the American middle class is taxed so heavily is because of tax fraud, unethical avoidance and downright criminal activities among rich individuals and corporations (echoed by the protagonist on the new TV show "Push, Nevada" last night).

The double taxation argument is hogwash.

As a middle-class taxpayer, I am outraged that I have to pay taxes at a higher rate than the vast majority of millionaires in this country.

" I own a corporation and purposely bring the cash level down (through paying myself) so that I don't pay more than the $800 MINIMUM tax. Otherwise I am TAXED twice"

If I understand correctly you're saying that you skim your companies profits by taking them as your personal salary and treating that as a company expense? This allows you to pay a lower personal tax rate than corporate tax rate which is 40%?
Now where do you see double taxation as an issue and don't you , the super patriot, think you are being less than patriotic by skimming corporate profits?
