NPR.UN - NORTHERN PROPERTY REAL hit a new 52 week high, if you compare this to other residential real estate you might consider it undervalued, especially when most of their clients are the fed or territorially gov't. CAR.UN pays about 6%, if NPR gets anywhere close its good for $3 more per share... Am I dreaming?? I have a good sized position,
Scott

Re SDT not a fan of it, although I do check their portfolio from time to time.

Do you see today as dreadful because of the action in stocks or trusts? Of course if you are looking for capital gains you had a bad day. But I have learned to take a more relaxed attitude towards a fall in the unit value of the trusts I own. Sure I care about what I pay when I buy, but having taken that step I stop worrying about what other people are trading the units for. I don't intend to sell, because I bought the things for income, and I don't envisage a time when I won't need that. More to the point, oil and NG had a good day and support for distributions means more to me than unit price. Is PWI a screaming buy anyone?
