Don, did you have an alert set? :) Nice numbers, given the gloomy predictions. Mr. Pitzer's prediction hours before the real thing is silly and serves no purpose - except to get his name in the news.

SEMI revised the July btb up from 1.16 to 1.22, so the sequential drop July-to-Aug (0.08) was not extremely far from Pitzer's prediction of 0.11 to 0.16.
