chip sales fell 32% in 2001 and i read elsewhere that SIA expects sales to rise 3% in 2002. whole lotta ground to make up still....

Jorj, Expansion and a decline all in one release. Have you seen any data anywhere where the individual components of the SOX have been analyzed to determine fair value of the SOX as a whole?
