Thanks for your comments. I really respect your views. I've been a long time follower of Brinker but since watching the way he handled this QQQ trade my opinion has diminished greatly. I backed him up as long as I could but no longer.

It is sad indeed. As you point out, Brinker had said a lot of right things before the bear took hold. I notice he doesn't speak much on these topics today. He's taken up a course of reckless abandon. Until he properly addresses his responsibility for the ongoing QQQ trade, I can't support him.

His value has been reduced to that of an educator and talking-head commentator. I no longer follow his short term advice and he will have to prove himself in the long term realm. While he did call the top, if you go back and analyze his actions in 2000 it becomes clear that he didn't believe the bear had started and, in fact, was still placing big bets against the down trend...totally against everything he was preaching earlier. Unbelievable.
