I've never gotten a tip in my life but I think the 15% rule isn't fair. Says the wait person gets a 15% tip according to the IR of S. Too many cheap union bastards don't tip so I give mine in cash.

BTW, Forbes was a rich guy, why did he run on a flat tax plan?? You skipped that post.
