I know it's not much consolation at the moment, but .....

ESST has a huge short position (as of early August). Short position for Sept comes out this week.

Past experience suggests that there will be selling pressure in late December as stock holders decide to take the capital loss this year for tax purposes.

Past experience also suggests that the shorts will wait until January to cover in order to defer some of the taxes they will pay on their capital huge gain.

This means that ESST could be a great "January Effect" play.
