Looks like the XAU downtrend line from the top earlier this summer is in danger of decisive penetration. But you are right, if big producers announcing more and more hedges thrown out the window won't do it it will take some other event to provide the impetus, and if it doesn't impetus itself pretty soon, retesting some lower head on the totem pole is likely in the cards.
