That's patently false not only by law in this country, but by my experience with newspapers and television of late. Furthermore, I find there is no reason to believe that Republicans(one of which I am NOT), want to see a dictatorship in this country, ever. Another major and effective terrorists attack on America certainly can't help the markets, that I know. Re: "then an excuse for martial law and wala we have the Third Reich all over again" You just offered many premises leading up to the immediately above conclusion and prediction for America. I didn't agree, as you've just seen, with them(your premises), and I certainly then can't agree with your conclusion here. To believe such is the wish of the Bush administration is to be highly deluded, IMO. Dan B
