Dear Charles: Actually, I have read that Historians now feel HOOVER was a pretty smart fellow whose ideas were not followed and who was a victim of the times more or less. Dont know for sure, before my time, perhaps you remember? haha. JDN

Charles: As I have been saying, SUNW has been one of the greatest shorts over the last few years. This company should become much more vulnerable as time goes on. They are carrying a tremendous amount of baggage, there is likelihood that the company will "fold" IMHO. Unless ...... you know what happens!
