Just think, they may have pulled off the greatest Heist in history and all without a gun. We need to make some major examples on these executive to put some FEAR into the heads of CEO's. TYC, WCOM, ENRON, GBLX would be a good place to start. I say long prison sentences and complete confiscation of their assets is in order. JDN

I can still remember Koslowski and a cohort appearing on Nightly Business report some years back when there were persistent rumors of deceptive accounting at Tyco. We are honest he says; we've had our books checked many times, etc. Koslowski was a good actor.

And they did have several SEC inquiries. Looks like the watchdogs are easily duped.
