Yeah, I'm writing this on a Mac (and your friends are right!), but I recognize that they're never gonna be the dominant operating system in this country (alas), and you're sure as hell right about Beta-Max being best (as well as it being extinct, too)....

Let's hope our friends in Lee understand this, I agree...hell, I'd be happy if they just kept to their promise schedule!

Still hangin' in, tho,

the eternal optimist

Tony, CM, Marty:

Greetings from Louisiana. Haven't logged in here in years. Been spending some time at RB; but, seldom even post there. I find the DD board more positive than your recent comments here. Are ya'll really that negative? I try not to think about.... what I woulda, coulda, shoulda done. Too old to get too upset. I think GOLF now instead of stocks. I retired officially from LU in '89 and worked in a Casino for a while then at G.M. for a while. Had 2nd bypass in '98 and hung it up for good I hope.

I had to email S.I. to renew my login here because I couldn't get in the first time I tried. They approved my old username and password without contacting me. I was surprised they did it after all this time. Just tried it and it started working. Added a few shares in past few months just in case this market ever turns around; but, probably won't buy anymore. Have way too much money in this stock already. I don't even watch the market like I use to. I feel like you guys too, slight hope and holding on after all this time. I was there at $3 in '99 and at $50 and now at the bottom with more shares than ever after loosing some on margin early on. Enough :)

Best wishes to all,

redau
