It's another scam underwritten by the congress mob rubber stamp, Officer Friendly the SEC mob junk and other garbage the Govt. has in charge of the orderly fleecing of pension funds and investors. BTW, speaking of bookgoosing and pie in the sky projections; isn't it time the garbage responsible for falsifying books and statistics for Uncle Scam - swear by and sign off on the books? The IRS and the SEC garbage haven't been able to balance the books for years and the SEC garbage doesn't even seem to keep a financial book. And then this garbageheap is probably clueless as to why foreign capital is fleeing this mob run mess.
