When they run pout of money (and that happens quite often) they go to sugar daddy who buys at lower and lower stock prices, an "informal floorless, it may not have the "shorting" side normal floorless have (and recently the short position has been slowly declining, no surprise there, except that it indicates the lack of active shorting prior to equitization of cash burn).
