Jim, I think the holders of PGO ADRs in general and the BDBBR holders in particular should consider all options to make sure that our shares are not disenfranchised in the future. Enough money is on the line to investigate all options IMO. Is there any possiblity on putting pressure on Citibank to discontinue its automatic support of management? If that vote is realy important then another meeting can be done in 6w further on / Moe can then keep accumulating shares i would be very surprised he didnt knew that about the votes i think he already arranged something with management, i can be wrong however cheers S
