I would only add that the stock is still falling steadily. Why buy while the stock is dropping? I see little reason to jump in until it either goes sideways or clearly reverses upward. If you believe that this is a must have stock, then nibbling on a small position might be considered here but I certainly wouldn't load up unless I had a very strong risk tolerance and a very long time horizon.

It may sound easy (and I don't mean to come across as being negative on the company or it's prospects) but one should buy stocks that go up, not ones that are going down.
