I generalized and you made it make sense. All stocks are being hit as a asset class. Take EDS today for example. All real estate markets won't be hit and certainly most will not collapse as the NAD has done.

I was addressing the baloney analysts who want to predict the next asset crash. It won't be real estate on the same broad scale that the NAD has crashed. Real estates' value is in its propinquity to markets. The closer the more value and the more inelastic its price.
