reaper -- I only saw a little squib on briefing.com about the jobless numbers, and there was no bullish spin. Jones] The Bank of Japan announced last night that it is prepared to buy stocks from Japan's troubled banks. This is yet another sorry chapter in a long and depressing book of financial incompetence.
