I am 1/4 german and so this is not prejudicial in any way. I think a more meaningful analysis would focus on the culture, not the genetics. It's not like all Germans have the same genetics, despite what Hitler thought. After WWII the Germans and the Japanese tried to make military solutions to problems unpopular, for obvious reasons. BTW, my husband is half German, my kids more than 1/4 German, and I have some German ancestry myself. We are all in favor of taking action against Iraq.
