Do you have any idea how this author deals with those problems? No footnotes. The only sources I see mentioned are the World Christian Encyclopedia, and A History of Christianity in Africa, but he is the author of a new book, The Next Christendom, and is a Distinguished Professor of History and Religious Studies at Pennsylvania State University, so I imagine the footnotes are in his book.
