Donald is watching to see if the SOX closes below yesterdays low, and at its low, which would give the first hint of negation. If the market closes at the lows, and Donald gets CLASS 1 BUY signals he will open a small long position. Donald noted how the market internals are deteriorating, and that he is not expecting a large move up.
